1C:ITS – A Unified Agreement for "1C:Enterprise" Users to Access Services
Information Technology Support (1C:ITS) is a comprehensive support service provided by "1C" in collaboration with its official partners to users of "1C:Enterprise" software.
Support for 1C software users is delivered under the 1C:ITS agreement.
The 1C:ITS agreement can be entered into by legal or individual users of the "1C:Enterprise" system who have purchased a legal version of the software.
This agreement is signed with a partner of "1C," such as the partner from whom the software was purchased. To receive high-quality information technology support, as well as service and consulting services, "1C" recommends contacting 1C Support Centers or service partners in your region.
By signing the 1C:ITS agreement, users gain the following benefits:
- Legal updates for 1C software products;
- Access to the professional "1C:ITS" Information System;
- Service and consulting services provided by "1C" and its partners.
Additionally, users are offered a preferential support period:
- 3 months free of charge;
- or 12 months under the 8+4 scheme (12 months for the price of 8).
An important note: The support and legal updates for "1C:Enterprise 8 PROF" software are only available if a valid 1C:ITS agreement is in place.
If the 1C:ITS agreement expires, the right to use the software is not lost – the program will continue to function fully. However, users can only install updates received before the agreement's expiration. At the same time, users retain the right to independently modify the program code.
